Cant log in: No producto information found error

Hi there, been trying to log in and theres an error that pops ups before even i cant enter the server that said “No product information found, cannot initialize Game. Please contact Customer Service for this product.” So here i am.
I wast just playing 2 hours ago and log out to play some TFT (yea rookie mistake) and when i try to log in that error pops up.

Pls help!.
