Cant log in to game

get stuck with no active worlds or characters showing then after 5 mins they appear . When i try to log in , it hangs on loading screen

I’m sorry for the delayed response, if you are still have issues with this try these troubleshooting steps,

General Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Does the PC meet minimum system requirements?
  2. Run a Steam Integrity Check for New World.
  3. Make sure that your Windows install is fully up to date with no update pending.
  4. Reboot System.
  5. Uninstall and Reinstall New World.
  6. Reinstall Easy Anti-Cheat .
