Today i’ve been trying to log into the game about almost 12 hours & i can’t get into the game. Stuck in character selection screen, loading the world that endlessly looping. Tried to look for the solution, even i did verifying the integrity, still not working. I can’t find the savedata folder as well on my PC. Any help ? By the way, New World PTR works well, so i thought this only affect my New World.

I am sorry to know that you are not able to login into the game.
Players have been able to resolve this issue by deleting the below folder:
-Close the game
-Path to find and delete the savedata folder- \Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\AGS\New World\savedata
-Relaunch the game
Please note that deleting this may remove any pre-applied in-game settings or configuration.
If you are unable to find the savedata folder, once you are in your user folder, click on View Tab at the top and check mark hidden items, you will then be able to find the Appdata folder - Roaming - AGS - NW - Savedata.
