Can't login to the account

I can’t enter the game, I open it, I press Play
I get this error sometimes, and sometimes it works, i don’t know, it’s kinda annoying because sometimes i miss some mutations and stuff that i was doing because of that.

I’ve tried closing every app, doesn’t work, tried verifying files, didn’t find any thing missing, idk what to do
and sometimes the game even kicks me out

3. Adjust your in-game video settings. (sometimes just changing them back and forth will reset the issue)
4. Clean boot Windows by following these instructions:

5. Reset your video driver software to the default settings.
6. Check for evidence of overheating.
