Can't loot a crate in Shattered Mountain - Caminus

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: When trying to loot the crate it stops at 80% and character never finishes looting the chest. In Caminus - Shattered Mountain zone.
• Is this a bug or an exploit: bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Can’t loot crates.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: I’m able to cancel the animation, but I can’t finish looting the crate.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Press E to loot the crate in “Caminus” - Shattered Mountain zone.

Have encountered many crates, coffers and chests since the patch that I can not gather from while others in my party can. The animation starts, the circle goes to about 3/4 and then freezes until you cancel out.
