hello and good day, i have had two characters on US east one in Orofena and one in eden, i deleted the one on eden named Vaahaana i believe or Vahaana cant remember the exact spelling so i can play on Themiscyra with my cousins who just started but when i try to make a new one it tells me that, you already have a character on a related world and you need to delete that character to make another or something along those lines, now i spoke to some one on amazon customer service and they told me i cant have two characters on the same region i found that to be not right when i had two for a few months, the character was deleted about 4 days now i believe and i still cant create another one. Any assistance would be gladly appreciated thank you.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your character creation. Please note that aside from making sure you delete any secondary characters you may have in the region, you may also want to check if you have any characters in the Public Test Realm as that may affect your transfers.
