  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Bifrost
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Couldn’t run forwards or sideways, only backwards. I was able to move forwards by jumping. However, even though my character would face a different direction, the direction of travel wouldn’t change (i.e. started moonwalking).
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Self-explanatory.
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Yes, by relogging.
  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: None available.
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: It started after I got into a fight with some corrupted near skysong temple. Not been able to reproduce.

A few people in my company have this issue… they have a permanent slow debuff and walk really slow, and can only go forward by jumping

I’m in the same boat, can’t move without jumping.

Tried relogging multiple times, still didn’t fix it

Char name: XenSide
Server: Mardi

EDIT: Logging out, waiting 10 minutes and relogging solved it.

EDIT2: I was in outpost rush aswell when it happened.

I had this happen yesterday and it persisted for 40 minutes. Main menu and restart application did not work, restarting PC fixed the issue but I’m pretty sure it was a time thing. I triggered it in outpost rush after getting hit with a bunch of CC at once, I am assuming it has something to do with Ice Shower since it has a very similar effect.

yeah, I had the same bug. You’re right that its a time thing, basically you need to log out long enough for your character to disappear.
