Can’t open smelting aptitude boxes
I have two in storage in Morningdale storage if you would like to assess them.

I’m sorry you’re having issue with opening smelting aptitude boxes.

Upon checking unfortunately this is a known issue with the team and we are currently investigating the same, you can find more information from the post below -

[Notice] Investigating Smelting Crate Issue

We are currently investigating reports that Tier 3 Smelt Creates are not granting items. We are turning off crates until we fully understand the issue, you will be able to continue earning crates but you will not be able to open them. If anyone lost a smelting reward as a result of this issue we will make sure that is corrected. Thank you for your patience, we will provide updated information as it becomes available.
