Cant open war even we did 100% city reputation @Everfall

We have just rushed 100% influence with the whole guild in Everfall and it was very easy, nice and smooth. Took 20-25 of us 1 hour and maybe 15 mins to full rush the bar.

They tried to contest but couldnt, we were fast, numerous and organized. But then WE COULDNT DECLARE WAR BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH INFLUENCE!?!

HOW COME?!! WE WERE THE ONLY 1 THAT DID THE INFLUENCE!! One of the fewest thing that was still working is now broken as usual.

It happened to us. Only a company that did influence days before even if the bar was at 1% could declare war even tho we did more than 10%.

Everyone gets so pissed off with this. half of the guild just vanished… New World is loosing players patch after patch…
