Can't place furniture in empty house "decorations placed 0/0"

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I can’t place any furniture in the first house I bought, the $2500 house in Windsward. All it tells me is “cannot place, too many items of this type” I have yet to place a single item. in the top left corner it says decorations placed 0/0 decoration score -4

• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug

Same thing is happening to me since my house was restored.

One of my houses are bugged

Character Name: Pii World: EU Central - Caph House was “restored” but is empty and won’t let me put down any furniture. “Cannot place, too many items of this type”, wether a trophy, storage chest or decoration item. Also like OP, to enter my house I must go through the “House Menu” and click “Enter” on my own as just pressing “E” to Enter puts me into a preview of the house instead of my own.
