Can't play the game after Transfer. Everything but UI is dark

Once I transferred to a new server everything has become dark. It’s really unplayable at this state.
What I’ve tried:
Changed visual settings
Restarted Game/Steam
Deleted saved data from appdata folder
Reinstalled the game

The problem is still here. Can you guys help me?

Reinstalling GPU drivers helped. In case anyone has the same problem
