It shows it charges the gold but the purchase doesn’t go thru. Tried relogging and nothing

The server is US East Valhalla and the settlement is Windsward. I went to another settlement to see if it had the same issue and the purchase went thru. Maybe its just the windsward I would go back and record it but now I have a 3rd house lol
