Can't remove furniture item from house

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Bifrost - EU Central

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I can’t remove a furniture item from house. There’s no outline when I hover mouse over it and I can’t interract with it.

• Is this a bug or an exploit: bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I’m stuck with a low score item in my house and I would like to replace it with a Tier 4 version of it.

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Place a valance on the exterior fo the fence. The game allows for that by showing the item with a green outline. Once placed you can no longer interract with it or remove it.
