Cant respawn after Annwyn had huge Server issues

Devs team informed that this issue was addressed on the last patch, they advised to log out completely from game client and steam, wait for 30 mins and log back in and that should fix the issue.

If the issue persist, the requested your logs and DxDiag for further investigation:

Instructions for generating a DXdiag: Open and run DxDiag.exe

Instructions for finding the in-game logs:

  1. Press Windows+R on the keyboard, type %appdata% and press enter.
  2. Open the most recent file from this folder: /AppData/local/AGS/LogBackups.

Paste the content on a pastebin using http://pastebin.com/ and share it here.

As i mention multiple times - i restarted the game,reinstalled,was offline over 10h etc.
MY ISSUE IS THAT MY INN GOT DELETED with the Servercrash/Rollback on Annwyn … i even said what i need

  1. Give me a new INN
  2. Pay my Taxes so i can use my house for respawning
  3. Force Respawn my Character

Those logs wont help u at all but wotever…

    Only thing im getting rn are copy & paste responses over live support or forum and im unable to play the game over 1 week … and still didnt got a real solution…

Imagine asking this man to basically turn it off and on again when he hasn’t been able to play the game for over a week.

and so on… got even promised that i get a response at 25.10.2021 from Isabell Richter(German Support - tried English and German Support…) - Never happen - Didnt got a Single E-Mail back … also those are responses from the Livesupport from AmazonGames…
Idk why it takes so long…

This is unacceptable. Your bug should be fixed with a full refund for wasting your time.

I am escalating to see if I can get additional support resources helping with this issue.

Thanks alot - btw im not sure if i got the 2k Gold from the Housing bug since i couldnt confirm it while i was dead.
Would be awesome if u could figure it if i got it too.
