@Eula Hi, already done 3 days ago, still no answer from the support to my ticket… 12 days ticket without answer… just unlock us and seek for understanding in the logs after… I played 1,5 days, and i’am waiting for 12 days… 10 times more waiting than playing !!!
I have been dealing with this issue since October 8th as well. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to also have help with this issue @Eulah

after maintence problem with me T_T WHY!?! its so HARD ONLY TP my charcter on any town! find out the reasons for your mistake after you restore the game about the fact that I’m lying around in an incomprehensible piece, you will not get any good effect
I’m not a Dev but according to live chat support, they are unable to perform this feature apparently. Which I thought was very shocking given the history of any MMORPG (assuming they have GM’s).
We are aware of some issues affecting the characters.
Our Developer team is working hard make adjustments and get the game running smoothly.
Please try this troubleshooting steps.
Restart PC, Restart the modem and/or router and try again.
Ensure that Windows 10 is updated to the newest version.
Run a Steam integrity check and attempt to login in again.
If that doesn’t work, disable iPv6.
Here the steps on how you can disable the iPv6:
Use the shortcut, Windows Key + X to open the Control Panel.
In the new Control Panel window, click the Network and Internet Selection. Open Network and Internet.
Open Network and Sharing Center.
Click Change Adapter Settings. On the left sidebar, click the Change Adapter Settings link.
Right-click your connection and go to Properties. Select Properties in the drop-down menu after right-clicking your connection.
Uncheck the box next to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) to disable it. Additionally: Uncheck the box next to Internet Protocol Version 5 (TCP/IPv6)
Select OK to confirm the change.
