I also crafted rugs (one or few) and I can salvage in craft result window only, just after craft, and even I can see success animation, but no materials increase (not sateen, not linen, not fiber).

Not just rugs, I crafted a load of teak tables and they cant be salvaged either, gives the option to but nothing happens
