Can't sell anything, says settlement storage full even though it is not

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Can’t sell anything on AH, it says settlement storage full even though it is not but it’s only happening in EF. I checked FL and I was able to sell. I am able to transfer items from my bag to storage in EF.

  Log into the game
  Open AH
  Try to sell any item

Same problem here with AH. Also cannot put some item in my storage (with 0.1 weigth) when it still have 500 in storage. I guess they made something to prevent to put all items in AH for 1 days and get them back in the storage with 1.1 update.

Sometimes (but not always) the issue is a secret stealth “number of unique items” limit that is hidden from the players and almost impossible to keep track of.
