yesterday I was having this problem but today I managed normally

- Describe the issue you are experiencing: The trading post says I have an active order, but i cannot cancel it. No other players can see this item when searching for it (it doesnt exist). Every day for the past 6+ days, the “Time remaining” has ticked down, then reset to 24h once it hits 0. When i try to “cancel” the order, i get the message “Something went wrong, please try again”. I have tried to cancel from the town that it is listed in (Monarch’s Bluff) and other cities, with the same result. Side note, this morning I DID get a large amount of gold from previous bugged trades (that had gone through, but had not received the gold yet)

Seems to be fixed. They did restarts on all servers. At least for US East I was able to get past the Trading Post bug to get my transfer through.
what was your fix?
I still cant, i got the money that was outstanding from the orders but its still greyed out and says i have an active order.
Did you have a problem after the update and it’s fixed now?
same, some of my friends was fixed but im still having the same issue
Yes, I was one of the early posters on this thread. I checked the issue over and over then saw the update this morning that they restarted servers. Tried again this morning and it worked.

finally fixed for me too.
Still have the same item stuck in my active trades every time the timer runs down on it, it gets bumped straight back up to 24hr duration. GG guess I am not able to play with my guild.

Runic Baer on server Hy-Brasil.
Tried creating 100 sell orders then cancelling them to flush out my active trades. No errors creating nor cancelling any of those orders.
Tried creating a couple buy orders and cancelling them.
Moved my storage around so nothing was above 1000 weight just in case the Territory standing weight increases were an issue.
Took everything out of Valor Hold storage just in case the unclaimable territories work differently than the claimed ones do.
Tried creating then cancelling 1 sell order this morning after the downtime for the “fix” to try to reset my order state.
I have tried so many things on my end to fix my non-existent active orders and still nothing. This is so incredibly frustrating as I see more of my company members able to transfer and I’m still stuck alone on our old server.
