Can't server transfer because it says I have an active order

I thought they fixed it. I was able to transfer yesterday while previously being unable.

I’m just wondering… Why dont you just let us switch servers and send us the money or items afterward? Instead of blocking everyone from switching when most of us can really care less about the items we lost? Especially when we pulled all of our stuff off the market. Logically thinking maybe don’t implement a system that hinders player experience for mistakes made on the developers end. If you can transfer an account then you can probably send us the missing items and coins afterwards correct? At this point if I had 10k missing I wouldn’t care because I just want to play with my friends. That’s why we all got this game. To play with our friends. Not be guinea pigs on dead servers. Hopefully you guys are working on the weekends. If not looks like we are all waiting another week for another problem to pop up.
