Have this bug as well. Told by support “nothing we can do, we are working on a fix with no ETA”. pretty sad state when the last patch was literally supposed to fix this.

stuck on a dead server cant play with friends support didnt offer any help and no eta
OMG, AMASON!, JUST RESTART SERVERS OR DO SOMETHING! We gave u names, servsers. etc. Transfer us one by one, if u cant do it for all of us in one time.
3 days i cant play, cant use trading post, cant do any activities, coz my bags full of maths and im waiting transfer! My friends, husband - they all transfered!!! Come on, its not serios. I’m really starting to lose my patience. Its easier drop the game.

nahh im done with this game its been more then 3 days you guys said you fixed the problem even had a 3 hour down time and nothing im stuck in a dead server alone im not even playing the game anymore i have 200+ hours now i dont even want to play it

After update got the new problem instead of bug with active orders.

i was able to transfer last night, but my family members cant follow, trade post bug has hit them it seems.

For what it’s worth, I had active buy orders that I removed. My guess is phantom buy orders which I have seen on the Trading Post.
Same Issue: I was able to transfer yesterday, but waited. Did some buy orders at the trading post today then tried to transfer but could no longer transfer.

I’m still unable to transfer, this still comes up: ‘‘You cannot have active trading post buy/sell orders before transferring’’ even with 0 buy/sell orders up. My entire guild transferred already and i’m still stuck

The problem is going to be stuck offline transactions. I had a friend test with me last night and I am still not getting coins from items sold while offline. Seems like there is a queue of offline transactions that need to resolve before your account will be considered to have 0 orders active on the market.
This sounds like something they need to account for in the back end when processing market transactions to help push them through if there is some kind of rogue data holding it up. Hopefully we hear more from them when the work week starts back up on Monday.
