i had the orders before, i cancelled them for transfer world but it still says i have active orders on confirm button

Just to follow up, we have also tested having an affected player place a new listing and have it fulfilled (eg buying their specific sell order) instead of canceled, and this does not resolve the issue either.

Same thing here,

3 Guys, 1 transferred, 2 didn’t. Same company, we all left, we all canceled active trades, Payed rent, canceled all quests, relogged and restarted the game.
One of my friends did it, he got gold when he entered the game this afternoon, no problem.
