Can't start the game, after clicking continue in the character selection

help me… after updating the medleyfaire patch I was never able to enter the game, before 5 months I played just fine. I have tried all ways…

  1. reinstall windows
  2. update windows 10 to the latest version
  3. update the latest drivers
    4.integration verification
  4. Reinstall the game
    6.Replace HDD to ssd
    7.all the tutorials on youtube and on the forum… I’ve tried all of them… until now I feel like I just want to give up😓 Result the same stuck after click continue,

I had the same issue, but it’s working now. Must have been the Login Server
