I have only 1 character on eu server but in region chose i see 2/2.
3 days ago i swap one of characters to NA, now i want back to EU.

I’m sorry that you are unable to transfer your character from NA to EU, as it says that character slots are full in that region, though you don’t have them full.
I request you to please try the following:
- Run Steam as admin
- Run Integrity check
Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files - And relaunch the game as admin.
However, a PC restart may be required before launching the game.
This should most probably solve the issue.
In case, if the problem still persists, and it also looks like the character is still active in the background or something like that, and due to the nature of the issue at this point which requires some in-depth investigation (logs maybe required), requesting you to please reach out to our Live Chat Support as they are in the position to create the tickets that the devs end up reviewing.
