  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: World Select

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: I cannot select a world for an old character that is level 28. Every time I try, it starts a new character.

If your are trying to transfer your character to a Fresh Start World, this is not an available option check more details here.

If your transfer is to one of the previous worlds, proceed to contact AGS customer support to escalate and have further assistance.
