Cant transfer faction because other factions own too much land, despite the fact that no one owns any land currently on my server?

I made a mistake and want to transfer factions on my server but it’s not letting me join either of the other two factions because it’s saying I can’t transfer to a faction who owns the most land, yet no one owns any land at all?

How do I fix this? What’s the point of a faction transfer feature if I can’t transfer factions when things are still neutral?

Whatever you do, do NOT log out. Queues are crazy.

Oh yeah, I see it. One of my friends logged out and it was a MISTAKE.
