With the recent update, with the announcement of removing the restriction on the number of characters a player can have on each server, and the ability of transferring Fresh Start characters to a world where you already have a character. I’ve been trying to transfer from US East-Lilith to US West-El Dorado and kept having issues. I get sent to the character main menu screen and says Region transfer initiated and the play button is replaced with Transferring. But it wouldn’t push through and be back to normal and my character stays on Lilith. Did this 5 times and still won’t push through. I have a character on El Dorado and wanted another on El Dorado.
Tried contacting support and they informed me that I’m unable to transfer to Lilith (which i knew) and also can’t transfer FROM Lilith as it’s not activated but it’s mentioned that it’s available on the most recent update post.
If this is true, why announce it and say as of 4/27 4:00PM MST, if its unavailable.
