Can't transfer my character :(

Several days ago I asked here if I cancel my transfer, as I did a mistake with my transfer and my friends were left on another server. I was told that the free transfer can’t be cancelled.

Today I transferred money on my steam account and tried to do transfer for MONEY. But it won’t work. After I press confirm nothing happens and “transaction failed” message appearing.

So is there NO CHANCE at all to me play with my friends with my old character because of wasted transfer token and payable transfer won’t work for me? Please help!!!

First, I need to confirm with you first if you already made the troubleshooting of Steam Overlay:

If you already have the Steam Overlay activated and the problem stills persists; please, I’d suggest you to please contact Amazon Games Customer Support using the link below and keep handy the following information:

• Character Name.
• Region.
• World/Server.
• Computer Specifications.

Amazon service basically told me they “don’t have the means to solve my issue”.
I’ve thought they could give another transfer token so I could return to my friends (they can’t transfer on my current server too). Guess it’s a hopeless situation lol
