It is not allowing me to transfer from US West to US East with free region transfer. I don’t have any other characters on US East servers. The option to select the region is greyed out and won’t even let me click into it? Is this a bur or is anyone else noticing this same issue?

Do you have characters on the PTR? For some reason they are counting towards player’s live player count. Something Amazon needs to fix.
Oh…hmmm, yes, that’s a problem.
I do have one on the PTR
Log into the PTR and delete one or two of them there. That should ‘free’ up the space. I was able to do that to fix it myself.
