Can't transfer worlds/Unable to complete mission

Issue: When I am inside the world and I go into my in-game store to purchase a world transfer, there is nothing displayed in the world transfer category at all. I am unable to perform the world transfer. In addition to this, when I am trying to complete the mission for Estebanita Gomes in Traitorous Weaponry, she has disappeared from her station and I am unable to complete the quest.

I understand your concerns regarding the world transfer and the issue with the quest completely.

Regarding the World transfer, it is not available for purchase yet. So far only free transfer tokens are issued to all existing players on October 20th, 2021 who had active accounts at the time. And this was turned off for new players on November 22nd.

However, the team is still in discussion about potential server transfer token re-issues and how they will work. But if there’s any update on it, it will be posted on Official News channel.

In regards to the issue with the quest completion, please perform a Steam Integrity check for game files and relaunch the game to check if you can find the NPC now to turn in the quest.

Hello @EijunS! Thank you for your fast support! Unfortunately, I verified the integrity of the game files and Estebanita has still vanished from her post and I cannot complete the mission. I have also seen a lot of people having the same problem on the same quest on reddit forums.

It looks like this issue has already been listed in December Monthly Update Bug reporting Megathread.

My wife joined the game while I was away and joined another server, she was not playing when the tokens were issued and cannot join my MAIN server with all of our friends. How can i get her a token to come to play with us?! This is fairly bonkers…

Right now transfer tokens are only available for players who redeemed it from the store between Oct 20th, 2021 - November 22th, 2021. I do apologize for any inconveniences this situation may have caused to you or to your wife.

Our team is currently checking the possibility of future tokens. However we don’t have any official ETA

I wish and hope that you will post that on new character start up for future players. Because there was nothing to tell me that my plan to start her on another server to get started then transfer after comfortable with the game to join friends. I know it’s small but important. Wasted 25lvls on a character/ time energy investment because there was no obvious warning that wasn’t available on startup.
