Cant turn in faction quest when finished

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Finished faction quests in shattered mountain, got a freezelag and had to relog to move. When I got in I tped to town to turn in quest and I could only cancel them. So I did that and finished quests again tonight after server maintenance, but still can not turn my quests in.
• Is this a bug or an exploit: bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Unplayable?
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Do the quests and and get the lag with voidguantlet again? Relog and cant turn in quest?

Also having this issue:

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Completed faction quests in Shattered Mountain and despite showing up as completed both in the journal and on the map, the quest giver says the mission is incomplete. Cancelling the quests and completing them again results in the same problem. At this point Im unable to complete any faction quests.
• Is this a bug or an exploit: bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I can not accrue faction points so I cant buy faction armor and as such I can not participate in war effectively. Im also losing the daily gold bonus for completing faction missions.

can confirm, happened to me many times aswell, only thing you can do is to reset the quests

im having the same issues for faction quests in shattered mountains. ive completed the quests, they show as completed in the journal and also on the map. but when i get the faction NPC in town i can only abandon the quests…

is there a solution for this?

Is there a fix for this? I am having the same issue - I am a syndicate and I had this multiple times with quests in Great Cleave/Shattered Mountain and Edengrove

EDIT: This happened many times to me and I don’t remember it exactly, but tonight it happened in both Edengrove and Great Cleave, while having similar quests (kinda in the same area - Mangled Heights with the Procure and in Edengrove regarding the Tadeas names mob)

I’ve been having the same issue for a while. It stopped and now it’s back since the first December update. 1.2 didn’t fix it.
