Can't turn in finished faction quests

  I have completed a faction quest. I did the quest and it shows as completed on screen.
  
  

But when I go to turn it in, it still shows as in progress.

I tried re-logging; that didn’t fix the problem.

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Vanaheim Kappa (? it was Vanaheim Mayda, but now it’s changed to Vanaheim Kappa without character transfer?)
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Can’t turn faction quests in.

  I had exactly the same issue yesterday as lotharik.
  Finished 3 quests in shattered mountain, and could not turn them in.
  I could only reject them by taking the new ones.
  Please fix this AGS.
