Capable PC yet game was freezing with audio bug? *FIX*

My game would freeze after the brimstone update and then the audio would be bugged, game entirely frozen with ambient audio, even if alt f4.

I tried 5+ “solutions” but what worked for me was either disabling my extra monitor or taking off my in game skins. I did both and now the game is not freezing.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report; instructions for generating a DXdiag:

\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\

here is the same problem - i only have a singel monitor setup.

but ill try the remove all skins
