Capped at 15,000 Faction Tokens -- pls haaalp (level 60 Alchemist)

Hello! Hoping you’ll be able to help me out here, hahah: I achieved the Alchemist rank a couple days ago and found myself capped at 25,000 Faction Tokens. I thought maybe spending some of the Faction Tokens would reset the ‘Token Counter’ and fix the issue, but now I’m just capped at 15,000 Faction Tokens.

Still capped at 15,000 tokens and can’t buy faction gear…Level 60 Alchemist…
