I dont see CTF working in this game. It works in WoW because the flag carrier cant mount up while the others can which allows them to be caught and a fight to take place. Maybe the flag carrier walks at a 30% speed reduction or something, idk.

Nice job identifying a potential problem and providin a solution
We are not able or willing to work on pvp at this time. For more info: ask all the pvp haters on the forums to provide more bs excuses for us.
