Esto sigue igual. Casualidad que desde la apertura de Lost Ark de forma gratuita no se pueda acceder a New World? Un fin de semana de poder jugar tirado a la basura. Me parece lamentable que sabiendo que hay problemas desde ayer, esto siga así.
Están ya revisando el servidor según comentan…
No suele ser fácil detectar que pasa y arreglarlo, y menos en fin de semana que tendrán los recursos de guardia.
Yo tampoco puedo entrar, pero habrá que dejarles trabajar y seguir informando de si funciona o no… Me ha dado rabia no poder entrar el día que no trabajo… Pero seguro lo están mirando.
Ánimos a todos, hemos de tener un poco de paciencia que seguro podremos volver a entrar pronto a partirnos la cara!!!

A estas alturas esto ya no debería de pasar… Entiendo un fallo puntual, pero ya ha pasado más de 1 día con el problema…
Hola buenos dias. A mi me sigue pasando el error hoy 13 de febrero… no me deja entrar. tambien hice todo lo que habian dicho y nada. Me parece increíble que no solucionen este problema… encima siendo fin de semana… asi como quieren que sigamos en NW
Acabo de gastar mi token de transferencia de mundos para venir aquí después de que Acamar muriera, por no ir a Kor y me encuentro con esto. Que problema de conexión puede haber en servidores que no están ni a 50% de su capacidad…?

Muchas gracias a todos los que se ha tomado el tiempo de pasar pantallazos y de proveer información acerca del problema de acceso a Bengodi.
El caso ya ha sido escalado a los desarrolladores y se está buscanco una solución oportuna al menor tiempo posible. Lamentamos cualquier inconveniente que esto pueda causar a ustedes los jugaores.
El inconveniente es que revisando los logs de muchos, ya hay jugadores en línea y como ustedes, otros que no pueden entrar al mundo.
Como les informo, el caso está escalado y bajo revisión, por el momento ofrezco disculpas y agradezco la paciencia mientras se resuelve este problema.
Por el momento, este post será tomado como referencia para la investigación, y lo voy a cerrar, y de ser necesario lo voy a actualizar con cualquier información o en su defecto, la información será colocada en la sección de noticias.

no dan solucion yo llevo tambien 24 horas asi y nada, he creado otro personaje en otro server y funciona bien en todos menos en Bengodi, esta claro que el problema es de Amazon.

I’m sorry that you aren’t able to log into this character. This sure is a strange error message considering that it is only affecting this one character… Let’s try some basic troubleshooting to see if this helps! First, Lets try verifying the file system integrity!
In order to to that, go to your Steam Library and Right Click on the New World Title > Properties > Go to the Local Files Section > Then run the “Verify integrity of game files” check. If this does not work, please reinstall the game and check if it solves the issue.

Same here. I can’t log in into “Bengodi”. My wife gets the same error in her computer.
It is not only his character. We are having today the same problem. Server Bengodi. It is a server’s problem.

All my guild have the same problem, we cannot enter in Bengodi. We did everything… The only solution is try again and again…
Same problem here in Bengodi. After 10 attempts finally got in, but UI was working horribly (not playable).

Hi @distantefix , I’m having the same issue in bengodi. And as far as I have seen in the forum there are many people impacted so it must be some issue with the servers.
Hope they catch the bug soon and everything runs ok.
This is no resolved problem, me and my guild can’t connect either, server is dying, no “verifying integrity” and similar stuff worked, please look into this
Same for me and all my friends. @distantefix Please verify because there must be a problem with the server. It’s a critical situation, assuming the actual state of things. We haven’t been able to play since morning.
