So you took a break from the game, and are complaining that you’re not as far progressed as those who didn’t take a break?
WTF?
We all Grundes months for it. Why shouldn’t you have to? Your not special. Your just another nobody
You don’t know do you?
Hahahaha.
Enjoy your 510 expertise gear next patch
Congratulations
PvP AND gear should ALWAYS be normalized so it’s based on skill and positioning.
this game is entirely bug, exploit and gear based. Whoever has the best wins. Not who is the best at the class or game.
Not a single war, pvp battle, or OPR should be taken seriously as no one know actually knows who’s good at what because everything is literally wrong.
I know… imagine horizontal progression being an actual fun system that’s used by 2 of the biggest MMOs to ever exist.
They make millions of coin a week and can buyout the entire market roll all the gear they want, or buyout and increase prices to make more coin, then rmt trade it for thousands of dollars.
RMT price on my server posted 1,000c = $1
Roughly $1,000-3,000 a week. You’re paying tax in a video game…
Lol
Congratulations
It took a couple mins to find the patch notes but. …
“When these changes are implemented, Gear Score scaling will only apply to items sold or traded after that patch.”
You’re doing something wrong if you’re doing 300 damage, even against the most duped set void bent players I do near 1k white damage, are you using the right attributes for those weapons?
He’s not doing anything wrong just doesn’t have 500k-1mil to roll buy bis…
he did. And is 100% correct in his outrage based on that.
Imagine you had 520 faction gear and it was fun even though 600gs armor got you really strong selection of perks that made the 520 gear a good loss because you could survive long enough to learn the game. But now imagine you walk into pvp thinking you could survive enough, but your 580 weapon goes against a 600gs target; youll deal 5-8% less dmg while they do 8-10% more dmg all because your target has 20 more expertise on weapon but your gear is 520 versus their 600 weapon.
Terrible system.
it doesnt work that way. lol
So you want to pass up all the other folks who stuck around and did the work? Good to know.
I just checked the morrolan calc. Looks like it changed since I last looked at it lol.
Something about aversion? 600 weapon against average armor?
Sounds more annoying than at launch when none of that mattered except the perks on your gear and your weapon mastery+skill level lol.
There is no catching up. Welcome to the janky fishing, gathering simulator. As the 1% gets millions of coin a week and can roll all the bis gear for years to come.
it never should. This is mmo, i do gear to get adventage in pvp. There is literally 0 other reason to gear up besides that. If you take it away then everyone, including myself, will just get some semi-decent gear and quit cause of boredom.
On a sidenote, YEP. Im a S&B tank and have yet to see ONE Shield expertise bump when doing chest runs. My other gear bumps consistently. I end up having to put all my gypsom bumps into shield.
I have not seen a sword bump in who knows how long. I did get one shield bump this week after a couple weeks of nothing.
I have made all my own money by box runs and asmo and I am almost in bis gear. Plus I was able to craft at least once a day without going completly broke.
You also have no friends. Prove me wrong.
Gear is not being lowered to expertise GS yet. I don’t like expertise system but the full implementation doesn’t happen until the next patch.
I have a question, I can’t tell if only gear you crafted for yourself is grandfathered, or all gear you have bound?
As far as gear and PvP, it always matters though there is some scaling. I think they change it next patch, though not exactly sure how it will work from their description. Perks are very important for some weapons/builds, pieces over 570 with the right perk are solid in PvP IMO. Voidbent is not ‘best’, legendary with a useful perk other than luck is the ultimate goal. (I am so far from that, haha. Gearing up takes a lot in NW and I doubt many will stick around to do it.)
