Change CD from 24hours running to a daily reset

it would be a super nice change if the CD on chest and materials and so forth would be changed from a 24 hour runing from when you did it, to just reset every day at the same time, 12pm would be a great time.

This gives player more freddom to when they wanna do chest runs, or craft materials and they wont get the time pushed further and further back each day,

reducing from 24h to 23h would also be a good way to make it better.
