Hello @Troxzev,

This is what the Dev team explained on this issue:

To put into perspective, it worked like this:
Maximum amount of time (120 days) - number of days they waited = cooldown
If someone waited for example 30 days, their cooldown would go down to 90 days (120 - 30 = 90)

What should technically happen after the update:
New maximum amount of time (60 days) - number of days they waited = cooldown
This means that if the player waited for 30 days, after the update they should need to only next 30 days (60 - 30 = 30)

They are looking into to this and once I get an ETA I will post it here.

Ty for all the quick replies, I had a 63 day cooldown before the update so technically i should be able to switch right now (after the fix)

Hey, I just want to ask about the issue. What is currently stopping the developers from taking the accounts within the escalation and manually altering/adjusting the cooldown?
Because seeing that this thread has gone on for 18 days and people have been waiting to change for more than 60 days, is there a reason that manual account fixing can’t happen?

@Lazer there is now information in the Official section saying that there will be a once off faction reset - but does this only apply to those worlds who are merging?
If there is an ability to do this - would it not seem prudent to simply do a mass reset (once off) which would in turn fix all the issues represented here as well?

My company all switched when my timer was at 69d and it is now down to 50d. If you would like screenshots i can provide, but not being able to do anything with my friends flagged borderline make me want to just stop playing.

After patch timer was started from begin and now it’s still at 45 days.
Need refresh.
