Its in the title. Change legendary crafting mods to purple. Nothing more disappointing than farming a boss for hours, seeing yellow and it being a broken blade or a withered bough. Especially with these bosses that drop the combat trophy parts. Think you saved yourself some hours with a lucky drop. Nope it’s an eternal ice.

Named Items are purple that drops from Named Bosses, it would make it MORE confusing if Legendary Materials would change from gold to purple… Did you really think this through?
Im sorry, did you think this reply through? A color is going to confuse you? This wasnt about things being complicated, nothing about this is. Im not sure how them being purple would affect anything thing since bosses already drop other purple items besides named ones. This is an ask to change something that isnt even rare or valuable, ftom a color that should be only for such things.
It’s so sad when u think it’s the thing u wanted, but then an eternal ice, petrified fire and broken hatchet appears.

I think we all can differentiate a named item (Armor, Weapon and Jewelry) to a crafting material.
It’s not that confusing right now, but it’s kinda messed when you’re expecting an Ancient Mandible, Corrupted Totem that is legendary, but when u check the bag it’s a “petrified fire”.
Just pick up the loot bag and you will see what item you got.
If you have problem seeing colors there is a Color Blindness filter in the Accessibility Settings.
This doesnt even address the topic of this post. No where did I mention issues with identifying what an item is. If purple would be confusing for you insert whatever color besides yellow would work for you and think about the topic at hand again.

Then these items wouldnt be Legendary anymore, if its purple its Epic, and blue is Rare.
You use Legendary materials to craft Legendary items … duh
these items aren’t legendary… tbh the farthest they are from being associated to any legend ever existed

Yes, and I agree. These should all be epic at this point they drop like candy. There isnt a single thing about them legendary not even the weapons they make are worth making.
