Befor starting nerfing ranged weapons you should nerf that perk to 1% per stack and max 20 stacks.
actually it 2% each kill stacking 15 times for a total of 30% BS DAMAGE!!! AND EVERY CRAPPY PVPER IS USING IT NOW!!
Nerfing wotn solve issue. And issue is that musket is only build in game that can take benefits of perk while not being affected by cons.
So it does not matter what numbers will be on it. It wont be fair couse one build can buff dmg with out any risk, why others always pay the cost.
Just remove it and stop adding stupid mechanics to the game.
