I started the game on any server during the free weekend. I didn’t know if I would buy the game. Before reading the post that accounts will be transferred after purchase, I made some progress in the game.
After connecting the servers after the free weekend, it was not possible to transfer the character to another server. Recently, I check if there is an option that is only paid.
Are free weekend players disadvantaged by not having a free server switch?
I have the same problem, and I am very disappointed. Do I really have to pay? No one informed me about this at the free trial weekend of the game

I’m really sorry to hear the complaint that you have regarding a server transfer, the feedback is well appreciated.
Right now we are not offering free tokens, you can purchase them if you would like to transfer to a different server.

During the free weekend, this token existed. After connecting free servers with normal servers, the token disappeared.
It follows that I was able to change the server before merging the servers?
I thought that this token would stay in my account even after the servers are connected… Even if I don’t want to use them.
People on the server communicate in a language I do not understand. It is not English.
You should consider tokens for people from the free weekend, because as you can see there are more people like me.
If as a Free Weekend participant, after the Free Weekend merge, and subsequent larger scale server merges, you are unhappy with the location of your character, please reach out to Customer Support to discuss your options. They may be able to help you out.
