Yo guys, soon is Fresh Start, and i want to power lvl with some guys.
but is there anything with the start region?
can you change the region now?
or you still need to walk to the other city to play together…

ye when you all converge at everfall which is pretty quick like maybe less than an hour or 2 depending on how many quests end up bottlenecking.
otherwise you have a coinflip chance to start w friends.
Gotta run to meet up and I highly suggest going to Monarchs Bluffs.
Once you land in game just got to run to whichever town you all want to start at. Can only pick which town you want by using your feet. If you use the roads you will get the speed boost so will get there quicker… 
agree with this, If you skip starting area’s sidequests it can’t be so long to reach everfall so you can play together.
So im not sure if this is on live or not but on PTR anyway after you complete the tutorial quests on the beach the first quest you turn in to the gate keeper at the town entrance is when you can switch starter towns.
If you pickup the next quest from the gatekeeper you are locked into that towns questline.

Just tested that and it is different on live. Or maybe it is just different on fresh start servers?
Anyway, if you complete the tutorial and turn in that one quest that you are supposed to turn in at the town gate - as soon as you turn it in, the NPC already has your next main story quest for you.
I still tried running all the way from Monarchs Bluff to First Light to see if you could switch the questline if you just not take it as you suggested, but that does not work. The town in first light is a ghost town for me now and there are no NPCs except for the Innkeeper.
