What is your character name in New World: HorribleGplay
What server/world did you experience your issue on: Celadon
Describe the issue you are experiencing: Changing ingredients to make Travel rations changes to Light Rations. Using the drop down menu to select different ingredients to cook Travel rations changes what you’re making from Travel Rations to Light Rations. More specifically, I tried to use sausages and honey to make Travel Rations but it changed to Light Rations once Sausages was selected.
Is this a bug or an exploit: bug
(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Waste of time gathering and resources to create. Now I have a bunch of tier 1 food.
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No. Still lost the resources and time, as well as not sure of the recipe to make travel rations without cabbage and red meat? (Server went down)
What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Go to a Kitchen(possibly a camp), Select Travel Rations. Click the drop-down menu. Select sausages for the top ingredient and Honey for the bottom. Changes the picture and name of what you’re making.
Same issue here, when changing the PRIMARY to sausages you receive the tier 1 of the consumable. (Energizing) Travel Ration results in (Energizing) Light Ration.
Accidentally crafted >50 tier 1 Rations and lost tier 2 ressources.
This occurred to me as well. All Recipes should be rechecked since this is wasting a lot of materials for many of us. See image below…Clearly a problem.
It’s because sausages are shown as a tier 1 raw food. Travel rations are only to be crafted with a primary tier 2 food. changing to a tier 1 created a light ration
We know why it’s happening. The problem is that it’s presenting incorrect data. If it’s intended, it needs to be removed from Travel Rations. If it’s not intended, then it needs to be adjusted.
This is still an issue. Not only does it create Light Rations instead of Travel Rations, it also consumes the additional ingredients required for Travel Rations and only creates a Light Ration. I’ve lost hundreds of materials because of this.
