Describe the issue you are experiencing: Our territory (Restless Shore) was thrown into conflict, once it happened we changed our Siege Window from 10:30pm → 10:00pm. Once WAR was declared, it still said the battle was for 10:30pm but the map and warboard say otherwise. Additionally there is another war at 10pm, and it is allowing players to sign up for both!

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: we don’t know what time war starts, people are signing up for both defensive and offensive wars and can be slotted into both

Army says war starts at 10:00pm, invites go out at 10:15pm, but map shows starts in 7.5 hours (10:30pm) but says the siege window is 10pm.
- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Change siege window when in conflict.
