Describe the issue you are experiencing: After doing one of the new quests in Brimstone Sands, one where it required me to use a teleport pad, it tp’d me below the ground and started my descent into nothingness, after trying to /unstuck and it not working, i used my inn tp and got stuck there and died. Then my character couldn’t give up and then the game kicked me, and i got the error “Character_Persist_Failure” after trying to relog, it gave me the same message and put me back into queue after waiting 3 hours.
How did the issue affect your gameplay: I can’t play.
Were you able to recover from the issue: No. My character is presently unplayable.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Use the teleport pad that goes from Palace of Nekhbet to Great Wall of Nebet-het
