I’m very interested if character ccreation of Artemis, EU Fresh Start server, is going to be unlocked in the foreseable future. One of our core group members didn’t get the chance to create a character on Artemis, the server which we’re on, and all other Fresh Start servers have very low pop numbers, which makes me worry that they will die soon. Since transfers for Fresh Start servers are yet to be announced, I was wondering about my further moves: how do I play with my full group?

I don’t wanna give false information but if i’m not mistaken some servers have already had their locks lifted. Besides that, the queues on servers like artemis have gone down by almost 90% now so it shouldn’t take too long to be available for character creation. Then again I don’t have any way to say for sure so believe what you want.

Quick update on this:
As Shadow_Fox said, there’s still restrictions on character creations, so as long as you folks don’t spam create characters you’ll be good to go.
