The merges were slated to last another 20 minutes from now. It’s not impossible that your character is still processing. They usually post on the thread when they are fully finished merging. At that point, if you still aren’t moved over, I’d contact support.
the servers are already up and all of my friends are already in game and have been for a while
That doesn’t mean that they are finished merging everyone over. In the past, some characters have taken longer than others.
Appears to be finished now. If your character isn’t there, I’d contact support.
