I enjoyed levelling a lot more than I’m enjoying endgame. Now you get to have that experience all over again!

I don’t understand why they don’t just give out transfer tokens to people on low pop servers, this (that they would screw up merges) was COMPLETELY predictable.
I legit haven’t been able to access my character for 5 days after US East went down.
Would you say you are… indignant about it?

Not only is my character gone but I can’t even make a new one thus I can’t even play the game I paid for.
Your character is probably still on the old (deleted) server. Sounds like it’s time to play something else. Congratulations
Have you guys contacted support and what did they say? When I contacted support (for a different issue) on the chat I got in contact with a support person within 1 min and could ask questions and get answers.
There is nothing that they would prioritize more than you not being able to play at all.

I have and they seem to be working on it. They had me send logs and screenshots just now so hopefully it’s resolved soon.
