Good morning, I lost access to a PC format. I don’t know how it is possible because the characters should be loaded from the cloud. I started playing about a month ago and I had the characters created on the Asgard server. When I enter the game now, the characters are not with any server. Only a new one is created.
Is it forcing you to “Select World” when you attempt to select your character? That is an intentional step they took to reduce the load on the servers after the Brimstone Sands update. More details on that here.
If that isn’t it, could you provide a screenshot?
I do not have old characters at each entrance to any server is the character wizard from the beginning
That’s very odd. If you know the character name I would recommend contacting support here:

I’m sorry for the situation with your character been lost in the game.
Thanks to @JakeL for sharing the correct information about the selection the world when you attempt to select you character.
