Character missing

sometime after launch, I made a new account since beta testers lost their account from beta when yall fully released and I got to like level 13 or 14 but I quit playing for a while and I came back to play again and my character is gone said I had to delete it originally when I tried getting on a server and wouldn’t let me on any servers and so I pressed I understand but I’m still confused why I lost it since it said something about to play on this server you must delete this character on this server and it said it was the same server.

and I got proof that I have over 30 games as well if yall need that.

Do you remember your character name and the server you were located? In order to restore it we need this information about this character. I shouldn’t had been removed from your character list but with this character details we can check if the system allow us to recover it.
